Encountering issues while using the Snappy Staff app? Follow these steps in sequence to try and resolve the problem:
Step 1: Restart the App
On iOS:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or you may double-click the home button on older devices) to open the app switcher.
- Find the GifTay app and swipe it up or off the screen to close it.
- Tap on the GifTay app icon to reopen it and check if the issue is resolved.
On Android:
- Tap the square or recent apps button (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
- Find the GifTay app and swipe it left or right to close it.
- Tap on the GifTay app icon to reopen it and check if the issue is resolved.
Step 2: Logout, Restart, and Login
If restarting the app doesn’t resolve the issue:
- Log out of your GifTay account from the settings section in the app.
- Follow the steps in Step 1 to restart the app.
- Log back into your account and check if the issue has been resolved.
Step 3: Reinstall the App
If the issue persists:
- Log out of your GifTay account.
- Uninstall the GifTay app from your device.
- Reinstall the app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
- Log back into your account and check if the issue has been resolved.
