How Do Customers Join and Use GifTay?

How Do I Add a Loyalty Offer?
Navigate to the GifTay home screen, there you will see a wallet icon in the bottom left corner. Press this and it will give you the option to personalise your own card and loyalty offer.

What Do I Do If I Forget My Password or Cannot Access My Account?
The GifTay app does not require a traditional login. Data is stored locally on your phone. However, you can link your account with Google, Apple, or Facebook to store your data on our servers, ensuring data recovery if needed. Should you need to reinstall the app, select the Sign In To Existing Account link on the initial screen to retreive your data.
